A pair of mid-century modern bentwood armchairs accompanied by a wooden side table

These European chairs were made in a barrel like form, with the main structure being composed of five pairs of wooden slats, which are each individually hinged together. These are then held together by a half spherical lower and upper piece. The upper piece being the back support.

The cushion is put together with a textile like material and placed neatly in the curvature of the body.

The curved wooden table is made out of boards which are puzzled together to evidently form a whole. The table top, as well as the legs flowing over into the body exist out of wood boards that have been hinged together keeping a consistency in design.

A pair of Angel Statues with a torch on a Greek wooden column

A pair of golden coloured angels, likely out of brass.

They each hold a candle resembeling a torch, in which the flame has been made out of glass.

These statues were likely used to decorate the interior of religious places such as churches, chapels or Shrines, and monasteries.
