We make every effort to accurately describe each product and provide multiple images that highlight both imperfections and unique characteristics. Buyers are encouraged to carefully review all product details and images before making any inquiries or purchase decisions.
3. Product Availability
While we strive to maintain an up-to-date stock list, occasional discrepancies may occur. Some items may appear as “in stock” even after they have been sold, as updates to the site can take time. We are also active on third-party selling platforms, where some of the same products may be listed. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
4. Contact and Communication
All inquiries about products can be made via the contact form or through the contact information provided in the footer of the website. We aim to respond as soon as possible, typically within a few hours to a few days depending on the time of inquiry. Your email address will only be used for direct communication regarding your inquiry and will not be sold or shared for marketing or other purposes.
5. Purchases and Payment
At this time, direct payments are possible by contacting us directly through the website, in person, or via third party websites if the same item is also listed on these websites. Reserving items can be done via the contact form or third party websites, again, incase the same item is also listed on any of these websites. In cases where payment is arranged, any buyer information shared for the transaction will not be used for any other purpose beyond processing that specific sale.
6. Pickup and Delivery
Whenever possible, we encourage buyers to collect items in person from our location. For larger or fragile items, pickup may be the only available option.
If pickup is not possible, buyers are responsible for transportation costs associated with shipping their goods. We take care to ensure that all items are securely packaged with sufficient padding to minimize risk during transport. However, Hasselt Vintage is not liable for any damage that may occur during third-party transit.
7. Refunds and Returns
Please note that all sales are final. Due to the unique and vintage nature of our items, refunds and returns are not accepted. Each product is described thoroughly, and multiple photos are provided to help buyers understand the exact condition and appearance before purchasing.
8. Intellectual Property
The logo, which features the Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman by Charles and Ray Eames, as well as the complete brand design and visual identity of Hasselt Vintage, were created by bt.dxp (Bo T.). All intellectual property rights related to the website’s design, content, and branding are owned by the creator and may not be reproduced or used without explicit permission.
